Packing is the job nobody wants. You tell yourself you'll start early, then it's the night before, you've run out of tape, and the kitchen hasn't been touched. Sound familiar?
Here's what people learn the hard way: the stuff that breaks in a move is almost always the stuff that got packed in a hurry. Glasses stacked flat. A TV wrapped in a bath towel. Plates laid down instead of stood on their edge. It's rarely the truck's fault. It's the box.
We pack your home the way we'd pack our own. Dishes stand vertical in dish-pack boxes, each one wrapped in paper. Heavy things go in small boxes, light things in big ones, so nobody throws out a back and nothing gets crushed. Owner Tri La and the crew label every box by room, so unpacking on the other end isn't a scavenger hunt.
Pack as Much, or as Little, as You Want
Full Pack
We pack the whole house, top to bottom. You point us at the front door and go handle the utilities.
Partial Pack
You take the closets and the books. We take the kitchen, the breakables, and anything you'd rather not be responsible for.
Fragile-Only
Just the china, the stemware, the art, and the electronics — the items where one wrong move costs real money.
Unpacking
We come back after the move, unwrap everything into place, and haul off the pile of empty boxes and paper.

Packing Questions
How far ahead should I book packing?
For a whole-home pack, 3 to 5 days ahead is ideal so we can plan the crew and bring enough materials. Smaller jobs, like a one-bedroom or fragile-only, we can often handle next-day depending on the schedule.
Can you pack the day before and move the next day?
Yes, and it's the most common setup. We pack Friday, load Saturday. Splitting the two days keeps moving day short and lets the glue on the tape actually set before boxes get stacked.
Do you pack TVs, mirrors, and artwork?
Yes. Flat screens go in TV boxes with foam corners, mirrors and framed art get mirror cartons and edge protection. These are the items most likely to break when they're packed loose, so we handle them ourselves.
What happens if something breaks?
TL Moving is licensed and insured, and items we pack are covered. That's the trade-off with packing yourself: most movers won't cover damage to a box they didn't pack.
