We work rain or shine. In wet weather, we use extra floor runners and wrap furniture before it leaves the house to keep everything dry.
Yes. A lot of the communities out here, like Marshall Ridge and The Lakes of Highland Oaks, have HOA rules about where a truck can park and what hours crews can work. Tell us your community when you book and we will plan the truck placement and timing around it so nobody gets a violation notice.
That is most of what we do in Keller, since the majority of homes here are two-story. Enrique and Terrance are used to tight turns at the top of a staircase and getting a mattress or dresser around a landing without scuffing the wall. It is all included in the standard $120/hour for a 2-man crew with a truck.
Old Town has older, closer-set lots and a few narrower streets, so we may back the truck in tighter and carry a little farther than we would in Hidden Lakes. We scout the spot on arrival and pick the shortest safe path to the door. It does not change your rate, just how we set up the crew.
