Fairview Moving FAQ

Yes, we are very familiar with the Heritage Ranch active adult community and its gate access procedures.

Absolutely. We perform a long-carry assessment if needed, but our trucks are designed to access most residential properties safely.

The larger lots out here usually mean a longer walk from the truck to the front door, plus gravel or circular drives that we have to park around. We plan the truck placement before we start so the crew isn't hauling your furniture an extra hundred feet. Our rate stays at $120 an hour for a 2-man crew and truck, so we work efficiently to keep that clock honest.

Yes. A lot of the estates in Sloan Creek and Oakwood Estates have heavy pieces like gun safes, pianos, and oversized furniture that need the right equipment. Enrique and Terrance handle those with proper straps, dollies, and floor protection so nothing gets dragged across your hardwood. Just flag the heavy items when you call so we bring the gear.

We do plenty of two-story homes around Village of Fairview and Tranquility Farms, and stairs are just part of the job for us. We pad-wrap furniture and use runners on the steps to protect corners and railings. We're licensed and insured through the Texas DMV, so if you're moving a bulky dresser or headboard down a tight staircase, we've got it covered.
