These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and TL Moving ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website and services. TL Moving provides professional moving services, including local moving, long-distance moving, packing, and storage solutions. All services are subject to availability and the terms of the specific service agreement signed prior to the commencement of any work.

3. Estimates and Pricing

Estimates provided through our website or over the phone are non-binding unless specifically stated otherwise in writing. Final charges are based on the actual time, labor, and materials used, or the weight/volume of the shipment, in accordance with our tariffs and the service agreement.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the quote process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for ensuring that all items to be moved are properly packed (unless you have hired us for packing services) and ready for transport at the agreed-upon time.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for loss or damage to your property is limited as described in the service agreement and applicable laws. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, mechanical breakdowns, or other conditions beyond our control.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations or requests to reschedule must be made in accordance with the timeframe specified in your service agreement. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in cancellation fees.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of Texas. TL Moving and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Texas shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
